Landscape Specialist

The duties and responsibilities of a landscape specialist center on strong dedication to customer service. Specialists are specifically trained to believe that customer interaction is as important as the services provided. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Timely communication and response to customer requests to ensure satisfaction
  
• Ability to diagnose, recommend services, and correct landscape problem areas
  
• Provision of well-timed and high-quality applications at all residential customer locations
  
• Successful completion of training requirements and compliance with safety procedures
  
• Correct measurement of customers' lawns for accurate cost estimates
  
• Careful assessment of landscape following applications, along with preparation of clear and detailed notes
  
  

Field Manager

Specialists with strong experience can be promoted into Field Manager positions, where their expertise will have them involved in the training and supervision of employees, and in company management activities. The essential duties and responsibilities of Field Managers include:

• Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships by reinforcing high standards of customer service

• Recruiting, training and supervising specialists and trainees
  
• Participating in planning and execution of the branch sales efforts
  
• Overseeing that all specialists are properly licensed
